Create your very own Chinese-inspired skewers dish at home! By cooking at home you can create a healthier dish, whilst reducing your waste and saving your pennies!

Steps

Soak your meat and vegetables in the sweet and sour sauce for 30 minutes. Also, soak your wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Thread everything evenly on to skewers.

First, press CONVECTION and set the temperature to 200°C. Press start to pre-heat. A "P" will appear. When the oven is pre-heated, the oven will beep and the "P" will flash.

Put the skewers on the metal rack and put the rack on the enamel tray on the glass turntable.

Press CONVECTION until the temperature is 200°C. Turn the dial and set the time to 15 minutes, and then press GRILL to select Grill 1. Turn the dial to set the time to 5 minutes and then press Start.

Serve with whatever you fancy. I used rice and more stir fry vegetables!
