Shepherd’s Pie






Place the potatoes in a dish with 3 tbsps of water. Cover with pierced cling film and place on the base of the oven and cook on the AUTO POTATO PROGRAM or MEDIUM MICROWAVE for 10-12 mins or until soft. Drain and mash well with the milk.


Place onion, carrot and butter into dish. Place on the base of the oven and cook on MEDIUM MICROWAVE for 5 mins or until soft.


Add mince to the vegetables then add the stock, Worcestershire sauce, gravy thickening and tomato puree and season to taste. Cook on HIGH MICROWAVE for 15 mins.


Spread the potato on the top then sprinkle with cheese. Place dish on wire shelf and cook on CONVECTION 190ºC + WARM MICROWAVE for 25 -30 mins or until the top is crisp and golden.

275ml Hot Beef Stock

25g Grated Cheese
