Roasted Vegetable Pizza


  • Pizza Base






• Toss the prepared vegetables with the garlic in the olive oil.
• Place in an oven proof dish.
• Place on the metal tray in the microwave oven.
• Cook on Combi 3 OR CONVECTION 220˚C + GRILL 2 + SIMMER MICROWAVE for 30mins. Turning halfway.


Pizza Base

1. Add all the above ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed above choose the PIZZA DOUGH setting (45 minutes)
2. Remove the dough from the bread pan at the end of the program.
3. Press out the dough using the heel of your hand to fit the greased enamel tray.
4. Preheat oven on CONVECTION 220°C.
5. Place on the wire rack and bake for 10 minutes
6. Remove and add a tomato pizza topping to the base followed by the roasted vegetables and slices of Mozzarella on the top.
7. Place back on the wire rack and bake for a further 15-20 mins in the lower shelf position.

1 Red Pepper Sliced
6 Mushrooms Sliced
1 Courgette Sliced
1 Sweet Potatoes Finely sliced
4 Garlic Cloves
6 Sweet cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Pizza Base
1/2 tsp Yeast
150g Strong White Flour
150g Strong Wholewheat Flour
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
170ml Water
