Pumpkin, Walnut & Blue Cheese Bread



This gorgeous fluffy loaf is perfect for a snack or brunch! Made in the spirit of Halloween you can use your extra pumpkins to create this bread maker recipe. The blue cheese flavour compliments the pumpkin creating a very tasty bread! If you are all out of pumpkin you can also use butternut squash!




Place all the ingredients in the bread bakery pan except the walnuts


Add the walnuts to the raisin and nut dispenser if you have one, if not keep them next to the bread bakery in a bowl.


Set the bread maker to Basic Raisin Bake (4hours).


(Add the walnuts when the bread bakery beeps if you do not have a dispenser. )

100g Roasted Pumpkin Can also use butternut squash.
50g Blue Cheese
1 tsp Yeast
500g Strong White Flour
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper
300ml Water
1 tsp Olive Oil
50g Toasted Walnuts
