Pre-heat the oven to 190C.

Place the lamb chops on the metal tray and season with salt and pepper.

Put the bread crumbs, butter and mint jelly in a bowl and mix. Spoon the mixture on top of the chops and cook for 20- 30 mins or until just cooked through.
