Select BASIC BAKE RAISIN (4 hours) large size,

After baking remove the bread from the bread pan and allow to cool on a wire rack.

500 g Strong White Bread Flour
1 ½ tsp Sugar
25 g Butter
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Malt Extract
320 ml Water
150 g Sultanas For the dispenser
