Pre-heat the grill using Grill function 1.

Thinly slice the halloumi cheese, then place on the enamel tray and grill on high for 8 - 10 minutes (or until golden), whilst turning half way through.

Toss together the salad leaves with the grapes and apple slices, then transfer to a large serving plate.

Arrange the grilled cheese over the salad and our over the oil and lemon dressing.

Serve while the cheese is still hot with crusty bread of choice.

150 g Mixed Salad Leaves
175 g Seedless grapes of choice
250 g Halloumi
75 mls Oil and or lemon dressing
1/2 Apple
Black Pepper for seasoning
