Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Wrap



This healthy and delicious lunch or dinner wrap is perfect for staying on track with your fitness on the go. Grill the chicken in your combination microwave oven and taste the beautiful flavours.




Marinate chicken in the mixture made from mixing all the herbs, salt and pepper with olive oil and lemon juice. Marinate for minimum 1 hour.


Using grill rack, grill the chicken for 20min in 180 C turning halfway.


To assembly the wraps, cut the chicken in stripes, sprinkle with cheese and grill for 2 min in 200 C.


Add veggies and sprinkle with some lime juice. Enjoy hot or cold.

2 Chicken Breasts
1 Spice Mix 1/4 each: paprika, garlic powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, dried oregano, dried rosemary.
Salt and Black Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon Juice
4 Soft Flour Tortillas
1 cup Grated Cheese
1 Mashed Avocado
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Cup Cherry tomatoes cut into 4
1 Cup Rocket
