Gluten Free Sun-dried Tomato and Parmesan Bread
Great on its own, even better with soup!



This very easy, versatile gluten free bread can be eaten at any time of the day. Its gorgeous Mediterranean flavour compliments a wide range of soups and makes for a perfect starter! Get creative and see how many dishes you can pair with this delicious bread.





Put all of the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed in the ingredients list.


Set the breadmaker to the gluten free setting with dark crust.


After baking remove the bread from the bread pan and allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing.

350ml Water
1 tsp Cider vinegar
4 tsp Vegetable Oil
2 Medium Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar or honey
450g Gluten Free Flour
1 1/2 tsp Yeast
50g Grated Parmesan Cheese
50g Sundried Tomatoes Chopped
