This recipe for gluten free bread makes a winning loaf every time! Whether or not you eat gluten, this loaf will make great sandwiches and toast! It’s best with some butter and a generous amount of mature cheddar!

Whip up a loaf in no time with our breadmaker!




Place water, vinegar, oil, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread pan.


Add the flour and yeast and set your bread maker to the gluten free setting with the dark crust.

1 tsp Cider vinegar
4 tsp Vegetable Oil
2 medium Egg
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Honey Sugar can be used as an alternative
450g Gluten Free Flour
1 1/2 tsp Yeast Fast Action Easy Blend Yeast
