Frozen Piña Colada Cocktail

There’s nothing quite like a Piña Colada to get you in the mood for summer! The exotic flavours will have you imagining you’re on a tropical island! This recipe uses frozen pineapple, making for an even more refreshing tipple. For those who don’t drink alcohol, leave out the rum for a perfectly fruity mocktail!

Super quick and easy to make in the slow juicer, you’ll be wondering why you haven’t done this before!




Attach the frozen attachment to the slow juicer.


Allow the frozen pineapple chunks to thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes. Then feed the pineapple into the the slow juicer chute.


Once juiced, add the pineapple to a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and stir or shake to mix them together.


Pour into a chilled glass and add a pineapple triangle to garnish. Enjoy!

100g Pineapple Frozen, cut into chunks
1 tbsp Sugar
50ml White Rum We used Bacardi Carta Blanco
1 tbsp Coconut Cream
