1.5 tsp Fast Action Easy Blend Yeast

2 tsp Fennel Seeds

75g Plump Sultanas
Directions
This bread has a subtle sweet taste given by the sultanas and is also coeliac friendly.
Steps

Place water, vinegar, oil, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread pan. |

Add the flour, yeast, fennel seeds and sultanas and set your bread maker to the gluten free setting with the dark crust. |

When the program has finished remove from the machine and allow to cool. |
