1 Crushed Garlic Clove

1 tbsp Chopped Parsley& some to serve

4 Corn Cobs
Directions
This delicious buttery baked corn on the cob is cooked in the microwave oven but provides the perfect BBQ finish.
Steps

Place the corn cobs in a shallow microwave safe dish. Add 6 tbsp of water and cover. Cook on MEDIUM MICROWAVE for 8 mins. Drain. |

Pre- heat grill 1 |

Combine the butter, garlic and parsley together and season with salt and pepper. |

Cut 4 pieces of foil large enough to hold the cobs, and place a cob on each piece. Top each one with the garlic butter mix, then scrunch up the edges to form a parcel. |

Bake in the middle shelf position for 8 to 10 mins. Turn the cobs to coat in the butter. Sprinkle with extra parsley to serve. |
