Mothers day has come around quick this year hasn’t it? So to say thank you to all of the mothers out there, we have put together our list of great mother’s day recipes! Easy to create these recipes are a lovely gift and will be appreciated by all.
Our first recipe is a cold morning treat. Great for those with a sweet tooth this Salted Caramel Mocha is a perfect way for mothers to start the day!
If she’s not the sweet tooth type we have this alternative healthy Avocado Boost Juice which is bursting with healthy ingredients to start her day! All you’ll need is pineapple, cucumber, celery, apple, avocado and Brazil nuts.
Fun Fact : Brazil nuts contain lecithin, selenium and essential fatty acids, all of which are good for elasticity of the skin and a glowing complexion.
Waking up to the smell of fresh bread is absolutely unbeatable right? Not to blow our own horn… but our bread recipes are gorgeous. And don’t worry our breadmakers will do most of the work! You just have to get the ingredients together and chuck them in the bread pan!
This Gluten Free Coconut Bread Recipe is healthy alternative to your normal loaf. It’s light and fluffy, with a deliciously nutty flavour. It’s great as a snack with some butter, or makes for a tasty breakfast with some berry jam! (Which you can also create in our breadmakers)
If your Mum thinks you are rubbish at cooking (or just loves sea food) this dish is absolutely perfect. Show off your culinary skills and show her you CAN cook if you want to. The big secret is, it’s actually very easy to create and you can do this in our combination microwaves. It also uses ingredients you may find you already have around the house so all you’ll need to go out and buy is the mussels! Give it a go this mother’s day.

All you need to know is this classic loaf is, and always has been, a crowd pleaser. Sweet and nutty, this loaf is great for afternoon tea or with her morning coffee. And again it is made easy by our bread makers and has a quick baking time for a bread maker recipe!
A tip for this recipe is to use bananas that have browned a little to make it sweater. The browner the banana the better! (unless it’s moldy of course)
